ADCB Bank and Newgen Software have been awarded the Best Digital Transformation Implementation at the Asian Banker Middle East and Africa Regional Awards Programme 2020. The Asian Banker Financial Technology Innovation Awards Programme provides the undisputed benchmark of technology innovation in an increasingly fierce marketplace.
The awards ceremony was held virtually on November 5, 2020.
ADCB Bank implemented Newgen’s intelligent process automation (BPM) and contextual content services (ECM) to enable paperless and remote customer onboarding, instant account funding, and credit card issuance.
The award was received on behalf of ADCB Bank by their senior executive, and on behalf of Newgen by Nikhil Sawhney, Head of Strategic Accounts, EMEA.
