The awards ceremony was held virtually on November 5, 2020.
Bank Muscat is leveraging Newgen’s solutions for intelligent process automation (BPM), contextual content services (ECM), and multi-channel capture to streamline lending, optimize costs, and deliver superior customer experiences.
The award was received on behalf of Bank Muscat by Mr. Ahmed Omar Awadh Al Ojaili, Group Deputy General Manager – Technology, and on behalf of Newgen by Mr. Nikhil Sawhney, Head of Strategic Accounts, EMEA.
